How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. Most emails receive a reply within four hours during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm). If you call and reach our voicemail, we will return your call by the next morning at the latest.
Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes. Every new client relationship begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. This gives us a chance to understand your situation, discuss your goals and recommend the coaching programme that would be the best fit — with absolutely no obligation to proceed.
Can coaching sessions be conducted remotely?
Absolutely. While we welcome clients to our office in Northern Ireland, the majority of our coaching sessions are conducted via secure video call. This allows us to work with business leaders across the United Kingdom and internationally without any compromise on quality or connection.
